Do you even do anything when a player griefs their teammate for their champ selection?

Cause it happens a sickening amount of the times people break 'meta'. Almost as if this behavior was encouraged.

Agreed, but sometimes (especially on the bot lane) breaking out of the meta (like choosing zed as a support, or sona soraka bot) is just not as effective as staying in the meta, and you often lose games because of that. Malzahar Kassadin Vladimir are champs i jungle with sometimes, I get the flame too. Breaking meta is okay, but not if the champion can't really fulfill the role he's supposed to be taking, or if he hinders the others at playing. Like if an alistar support would always headbutt enemy champions back into their turrets, then he would get flamed too, even though he is in the support meta. If Zed is ksing on the bot lane the whole time and farming away the minions of and adc, then people are gonna flame the pick. Most of the time it's not the pick that's flamed, it's the playstyle. If you play your out of meta champion well in his role, then you probably won't get flamed as much. If they still flame, report them after the game. If you really wanna go that far, copy&quote an especially rude insult of his into the /all chat and ask the other team to also report if they care^^ Just don't become insulting yourself. It's hard, but possible.

There isn't much to do so many damn trolls lately.

One game 4 ADC Players, 3 of them went ADC I just went with it and went ADC too no point.

Other games players who just flat out threw, they actually tried, but always a dumb move or something, but compared to players who Intentionally threw that was a lot worse.

But.. breaking the Meta IS encouraged.. in fact it was encouraged directly in an address to the community in one of the previous 5. updates. You should encourage others to break the meta, YOU SHOULD BREAK THE META YOURSELF. You will become a better player by seeing how to manipulate characters in different roles.
