Forum Mods Are Out of Line. How Do I Report Them?

Forum mods are deleting posts that shouldn't be deleted.

I posted about Diana. I argue that her kit ~guarantees all abilities land with an point & click opener (unless target has flash/etc.). I think this is bad design. I think landing your whole combo should require some setup or a skill shot... not point & click. I made a post about it. It got deleted.

How does discussing gameplay like this not belong on the gameplay board? How do I report the mod who deleted my post?

Thanks.

Player Behavior is the wrong subboard; if you want to discuss a Moderator action, you'll want to post in Discuss the Boards.

Also worth noting that you should bear in mind, forumgoers have been wanting Gameplay to become less ranty and more a place for actual, active discussion, and the Moderation team has been tightening up the rules around low-effort posts there to accommodate the community's wishes.

There should be an explaination on why your post was deleted. Why was it deleted?

Because Gameplay isn't the place for you to bitch about things you simply don't "think" are okay or you don't like.

Gameplay is the place to discuss game balance - i.e. discuss with data why it shouldn't be that way. If you have data suggesting that the fact that her abilities being point/click is detrimental to her balance, then fine. Except, not really, given none of her abilities are actually point and click except her E. Heroes in MOBAs who only have point and click abilities are certainly unhealthy - which is why Diana only has one point/click ability. Sure, she has area of effect abilities that she can dash to you then use - but that does not make those abilities point/click. Maybe you also forget that simple counterplay is to avoid being afflicted by moonlight - because a decent Diana player will never use her E to dash to you when you aren't affected by moonlight because that takes out all the movement she has. Maybe I need to make this clearer - unless you are afflicted by moonlight, Diana will not be able to kill you safely with her dash, thus she will not do so. That's the counterplay - you simply must play around her. Her Q is up? Don't be in an area she can hit it. Watch your health. She has counterplay whether you believe it is or not.

Furthermore, you're basically saying "point and click abilities have no place" - because there are multiple other champions who have point and click openers, such as Teemo (blind/Q), Annie (empowered Q), Fiddlesticks (Q/E), Lissandra (R), Lulu (W), Poppy (E), Quinn (E), Vayne (E), Warwick (Q). Some of these champions rarely initiate with their point and clicks, but it's perfectly valid for all of them to. I didn't even include all the point and click ultimates that there are. Point is there are multiple champions who use point/click abilities to initiate fights - so why is Diana the complaint? Is it because you just lost a game against her? Is it because you were low health and she could hurt you with it (hint: there's multiple champions whose kit is designed to be "execute" champions)? Why is it a complaint against Diana?

Feel free to quote your post here - but given that you start with inaccuracies/exaggerations/deliberately leaving things out in your description of it, I suspect that your post certainly wasn't suited for gameplay. Gameplay is for serious discussion - and if you're going to flat out clearly exaggerate that's not serious discussion.
