Play Yorick, Yasuo, and Fizz then complain when they get banned? You have unrealistic expectations friend. Those are all picks that have a high ban chance anyway.

If my champ gets banned because the enemy bans it, I have nothing to complain about because then you'd be right. My choices are banned by enemies a lot. It happens
But I'm sick of my ALLIES banning my pick intent. Its not about "I don't ever get to play the champs I want".
If you ban my pick intent on purpose and then talk shit I already have a strong dislike of you and don't want to play with you. I also have no incentive to trust that you won't do more troll actions and/or trust your plays/calls for the remainder of the match.
