How do you appeal a chat/honor restriction

by Riot's own words "Occasionally everyone has a bad day" I play hundreds, hundreds of games, and get reported occasionally, once or twice every hundred games or so, when I get flamed or trolled and respond in a LESS toxic way than the people flaming me because of my champion choice or playstyle.

In that context I have no Idea WHY I get chat restricted (twice now) for the one or two reports compared to the 100+ honors I get compared to every report. How can I get this appealed and looked at manually so Riot can see that their ban bot is full of shit?

If you help an elderly woman over the street 10 times and for the 11th time you steal her purse, you will still get punished. If you feel like the punishment was given by error you can write a ticket to the support.

Unless you were extremely toxic in the games you were reported in it was probably more than one or two games.

Post your chat logs and we can help you figure out where exactly the tipping point was.

You should be aware, if you are not already, that if this is your second chat restriction (probably a 25-game chat restriction) and you do not change your behavior even from being occasionally toxic, you punishment will be escalated to a 14-day ban next and a permanent ban as the next punishment after that. Fill out a support ticket to appeal this, but learn what Riot expects of your behavior, or you will find yourself without an account.

My problem is not so much that I think I was wrongfully reported that game BUT considering the fact that my team consisted of an autolocker (who stole my roll), was toxic, intentionally fed and afked in base after feeding 3 early kills as well as his friends who were similarly toxic, encouraged the autolocking, also intentionally fed then afked in base (this all happened in rank flex) and I was the only one punished confuses me. Especially since I was the only one who was actually trying to win and still had one of the best KDA's on my team.
