Is it impossible to not get angry/tilt in league of legends ?

It's possible. The biggest tip I've got to avoid tilting is to focus less on your teammates mistakes and more on your own, then tell yourself it's OK and you won't make those mistakes next game.
If I'm playing with friends, yeah. Then we pull stupid stunts like purposefully not saving someone from a Cat ULT, stupid builds, etc
no
I don't think it's possible. I'm a completely Zen person when people are upset.
But if someone's harassing someone else (doesn't have to be me) I get mad. If you get mad at that you're bound to go on tilt at least once or twice.
I pretty much never get mad at games, it's just how I've always been. If a game is getting close to bothering me I just finish up what I'm on and stop for the day. No real reason to get upset, it doesn't actually effect your life in any way.
That's my view anyway.
It's difficult, but not impossible. I never really get angry while playing. It's possible to control my tilt if I'm really focused that day, but maintaining that level of performance every time I play is hard.
As someone with raging anger issues, this game does absolutely nothing to me. It's a game, don't treat it like it's real life and you'll be fine.
the honest question is I'm not sure, but I can't recall being angry while playing at all. Sure, I've been frustrated, especially when ppl are intentionally trying to irritate you by trolling/feeding, but I've seen enough of that and I've come to accept that's just the way we human beings are, and that there's nothing I can do about what others are doing. Just play the game, do what you can, and make it as entertaining as you can.
It can definitely be a challenge. Every time I play I remind myself that I am still learning and that I shouldn't expecr myself or any of my teammates to be Faker, so I avoid that kind of tilt.
The tilt from when your teammates flame you or spam ping ? When you make a mistake is harder, but I try to look at it from their perspective, as they likely see me as someone that is keeping them from a win.
After all, none of us truly know each other whem we get in a game. We only see each other's performance.
