A game in ARAM went sour on me

I'm not sure if i'm on the right board but I just got out of a game, a game that I didn't do great on but I would have still liked the win. Now at first I was like "this is a sure loss we are up against a katarina, malphite, fiddlesticks, and a garen." I thought for sure there was no way we could win. Against all odds we actually pulled through with a win. We were on the nexus and all was fine and dandy, but then all of a sudden a surrender vote pops up. "oh how funny but i don't wanna risk an actual passing vote," I thought so i voted no. IN A 4 TO 1 DECISION WE SURRENDERED. I was literally FORCED into a loss and this is not okay.

Sure it's just aram, but you can still get key fragments, what if I had gotten one, and i'm not sure if IP and Mastery score is affected by winning or losing too but that's still important to me too. Especially when I'm playing champs I normally don't play on SR.

If it helps, my friends and I love to put up the surrender vote as a joke (in normals as well as ranked). For example, we might be doing really well, just won a teamfight and on our way to win, then a surrender vote pops up because a penta was stolen. Then, all of us laughing, vote yes assuming others will vote no. Oops. Still ends up being something we'll laugh over as a dumb mistake, so my advice is just think of it as something so stupid that it's funny.

Ya, people who pull this kind of stuff are just jerks. Especially in Rank its just awful, and I'm sure I remember someone complaining about getting ban for pulling something like this.
