I notice a lot of more seasoned players can't grasp the fact that you don't become an expert after 2 minutes of playing game. It's not their fault if they screw up things that could be considered obvious to you. You weren't an expert at league when you first started, so please don't expect anyone else to be. Try to walk them through things and explain parts of the game that they don't understand. Don't get salty and flame them if they're not making Faker-level plays at level 1.

I fortunately have had the luxury of having a player who's been playing since Season 4 tutor me and my new friends who all happened to join around the same time January-March 2017. Every morning he'll make us play normals and watch our game play and he's improved our game knowledge from newly bronze players to gold 5 mechanics in a matter of months. We still make silly mistakes but he'll correct them and make sure we understand what we did wrong.

I get people harassing me if I try to learn a new champion or role in normal games and it hurts man :( Just because I have a shiny border doesn't mean I'm going to always do great and only pick my mains in normal games.

I didnt even know there was a chat system when I first started. My screen was locked on, and I didnt know anything about the game. I just went to random lanes in the game, and killed anything that moved. All my skills were used with mouse clicks, and none of them were on auto cast. I didnt even know about the mini map, or how many lanes there were, or what the jungle is. I didnt know what runes, and masteries are. I didnt know what abilities the other champs use. Basically I knew nothing about the game.

The problem is i can get new players in my gold promo. Who cant win at least 5 games in his placement should not get placed higher than bronze.

Blame matchmaking. You shouldn't be matched with seasoned players at all, only with bronze 5 if you are new. When I started league, my first ranked game was against all plat players, epic matchmaking. Luckily I was playing lux and played decent, because she is a really easy champ.
