If I don't connect in load-in, can I not be penalized with a full loss when my team remakes?

I recognize that having a teammate not connect in load-in can be very frustrating, and I'm sure that they deserve some sort of penalty. However, I don't believe I should lose ~20 LP for something completely out of my control. I feel this is especially the case when my team is able to remake and they do not lose any LP at all. Additionally, 3 minutes can be a very small window of time to reconnect to a game, especially when someone has to restart their computer. I would actually be fine with the full loss if I didn't get flagged as a leaver, forcing me into low priority queue.

TL;DR penalty for people who can't connect in load in is a bit too harsh.

This is a bit abusable though -- Riot can't tell WHY you failed to load in, so someone who sees they have a bad team and hard-resets their router right before the loading screen pops would be able to dodge teams they didn't like with no repercussions save LeaverBuster triggering. :(

If their computer fails to etablish a stable connection to their network, it is their fault.

If they play even with a very unstable connection, it is their fault.

id be fine with a first offense remake being lower similar to how first offense dodge in basically nothing. But the second time in a day should be full penalty. If your playing multiple games when your connection is bad because of weather or your company yes that is your fault. If you have shitty internet yes that is also your fault even if your too young to be paying for internet. But hey sometimes shit just happens so i feel remake a day at 3-5 lp loss is perfectly acceptable.
