🔒 Hey, I have an idea to cut back on players being jerks to each other.

And no, it's not just "bring back tribunal" or "more mods" or even "delete yasuo" even though I dare to dream on that last one.

How about if we add a hidden passive to the game where every time you flash your mastery, the nearest enemy to you gains +5 permanent health. Or the BM'er loses 5 max health or something. It would be fun to keep track of and see at the end of the match how much you screwed yourself over by showboating and being a dick.

I'd love to see Riot put something like this into the game and not tell anyone, just for lulz... then at the end of the month release a little graph showing the "champs with the most lost health from BMing per game, on average", just to show who has the most arrogant, BM happy playerbase.

This post is the definition on why not everyone can be a game designer

Taunts are in the game for exactly that reason... and have been in multiplayer games since the beginning, if you're so fragile that they actually bother you play bots...

...

...

Actually they might taunt too now that I think about it.

Shit, dude. In-game taunts have been a staple of competitive multiplayer in gaming for as long as the technology has supported it. I'm all for stopping toxic chat behaviors, but these are built-in in-game abilities. Don't be so sensitive.

Since this isn't the board for discussing gameplay, or more specifically not the place for satirical suggestions, I'm going to lock this thread. The best place for gameplay suggestions that are jokes and not meant to be taken seriously would be the Memes & Games board.

People don't always flash their masteries to be %%%%s, sometimes they can do it at spawn before even leaving the base, spam it alongside their dance (or whatever their champion's funniest spam is) as to show that they are 'friendlies' (you wouldn't dare hit a dancing enemy would you? now THAT would be BM :^) )

And people wonder why Riot never take our suggestions seriously.
