Been honor level 0 for months now, and it is very underwhelming

I am not complaining about being honor level 0, I completely deserved it. I had a back week IRL and took it out in game which was not appropriate of me. However, I have been at this honor level since I believe October, and is now February. I have not received any bans since it happened, I have done my absolute best to be nice and supportive, and I even play a lot of support to try and get more honors, and I am still honor level 0. I get that Riot wants people who are toxic to not received rewards but come on, it's been 4 months.

Same boat, I constantly receive honors but I'm still Honor rank 0 with 0/3 progress.

I don't even have all chat on anymore to limit toxicity.

It's a scam.

You only progress by playing non-negative games. Even if you say nothing in game, you'll still progress through honor. If you've had good behavior in game, you should contact player support to determine why your honor has not increased.
