I get reported cuz my bot lane goes 1-18

and i cant express my up most gratitude and commend them on their builds, keystones and play-styles?

What kind of game is this i say?

What kind of world we live in where i cant express my opinions to others on a online game?

Why is it the guy who tries to teach people what they are doing wrong is punished?

It is fine if you were constructive. If they report you for constructive criticism or feedback, their reports will carry less value the next time they report someone (and your report will just be stored without you getting punished). However, if you were flaming or being rude, you deserve to be reported. Toxic behaviour is never needed, nor wanted.
