Mute All Setting

Is there a setting to mute all players during the game so that I dont have to do it manually? If not I think this would be a great idea to help rid toxicity especially since communication is not a huge part of the game below gold and typing is only useful in my opinion for marking flashes, buffs, drags, and barons. Pings are enough for most people to communicate effectively and they wouldn't have to deal with all the toxicity.
