I have absolutely fucking had it with this toxic cesspool, shithole excuse of a server. My last 2 games were played with toxic degenerate supports. The first one was a Thresh, who I noted before the game started was autofilled. (Not sure why you pick a champ like Thresh when you're auofilled but that's not the point)

He was definitely an autofill from the way he played, standing about the length of a minion wave behind me at all times. It was frustrating because, while usually I'd just play safer with such a player, I was in an extremely difficult matchup - Nautilus Lucian - and he intentionally picked Thresh even though he has little synergy with Ezreal, though I don't mind that so much. When I got engaged on he wasn't even able to flay them to try and save me, he was just standing too far away. He didn't lantern me out either.

So I kindly asked him, "could you stop standing so far back?" That was when he started flaming.

He just started insulting me for everything he could - the fact that I didn't have swift enough fingers to dodge every single Naut hook with E, started telling me I didn't know how to play my main champion and started telling me how to play and what to build. Now that is the single thing that pisses me off MOST in league - people trying to explain how I should be playing my main champion. This dude was claiming he was an Ezreal main, when he had played 32 games of him this season with a 30% winrate, while I've played 120 this season maintaining a 51% winrate.

Aside from that, I JUST got out of a game where I was being flamed by supp and jungler. (I'm starting to think I'm deserving the flame, because I must be shit if I'm getting flamed EVERY SINGLE GAME I go into.) I died 1v1 to Senna (I haven't played against her adc in ages and didn't expect her to 3 shot me) and Leona immediately spam pinged my flash and heal. Now I recently got my 2nd chat ban in the span of 3 days all because I've been responding to toxic players so I told her she was muted. I didn't mute her yet though, I say that as a warning of sorts, so they'll stop talking and pinging shit.

Then, I miss my ult on Senna. Ezreal ult, mind, so it has a very short cooldown. Then our jungler starts SPAM PINGING question marks on me, and I died to the roaming Orianna in the middle of asking him why he was pinging me.

He proceeded to type, "That's why people flame you. you have no map awareness." (I had seen Ori coming long before, I even placed an excellent ward just 5 minutes before that prevented both of us dying to an Ekko gank, and also allowed our jungler to counter-jungle the Ekko by seeing him move into his botside jungle.) I saw her on the map, I moved to tower but we got ulted. I had also resorted to asking people in champ select to not be toxic. It'll never work but oh well.

That was the last thing I saw him type and it was great. I didn't see any more spam pings, from anyone, no more toxic chat, junglers talking shit...it was incredible. I'm definitely gonna use /fullmute all every game now. Fuck this toxic server.

i understand all too well. for a while i moved my chat box off screen so i didn't have to see the shit players gave me and in turn i didn't type back. all i say is "save it. i have chat off screen" and leave it at that. if they spam pings i mute them. if they can't use them properly i wont look (ping sound is off) at them. i may start doing that again if my team keeps giving me shit for what i do and how i play.

I main ADC with support as an offrole. And I can tell you - when you're against a kill lane like Lucian Naut and your support stands that far behind you, you basically autolose the lane. It's just lucky I was playing a safe ADC and not Jinx or something.

Both the ADC and support MUST play around each other during the laning phase. Perhaps I should've stood as far back as him - but then I would forfeit a lot of cs and xp. After laning phase it doesn't matter. Besides, I don't care that much about the fact that he was playing badly in lane - it happens, you could be autofilled or tilted - but the fact that he plays like that and then tries to flame me when I'm trying to help him is beyond me.

They are not your bitch. It's not their job to stand in front of you just so you can win the lane. Stop acting like they MUST do anything.

You aren't asking them to "play around" you. You're asking them to do everything you want them to do. That's not "playing around" - that's being a slave. And as you say, you must play around them too. If they're sitting back, then play around that.

Never asked them to stand in front of me - the ADC and support should be standing parallel to make for an optimal laning phase. And if you're playing a champion like Thresh, then you definitely shouldn't stand behind your carry. If you were someone like Soraka then it'd be justifiable. And I don't ever recall asking him to do "everything I want". You're putting words in my mouth.

And like I said, I could of played around him - but that would've resulted in a very severe cs and xp deficit, which is almost worse than dying to their bot lane.

What?? I never said either of those two things. Nor did I even mention that I was a "league god". I really, really don't know where you got that from. And you are right, they are not obligated to do what I say - however I never ordered him around, simply suggested something for him to do to make the lane easier. I think my words were something along the lines of "hey thresh, could you please play more frontline so naut can't engage so easily?"

Plus, it isn't how I think he should play. It's how he SHOULD play, period, if he's playing Thresh. Obviously it's low elo and I'm pretty sure he was autofilled but Thresh is my highest mastery support and that's most definitely not how you play Thresh, unless you suspect that the enemy jungler will gank and you want to lantern your carry out, which wasn't the case here, we were never ganked.

No, I'm far from a league god, but I'm knowledgable on what was my former main role and my former main champion. So it'd be a shame if I didn't know how an autofill without 1 game of support in his match history should play. Besides it was nothing like telling him how he should play; just making a suggestion to his gameplay.

I don't think I'm better than everyone - far from it. Don't really see the corellation between me KNOWING that I can play support better than some dude who hasn't played the role at all this season. We are in the same elo, thus we are at the same skill level - it just so happens that my skill at the support role is much greater than his, or so I hope. Perhaps his mid, jungling, or top lane is much better than mine. The point is, I've been playing support for a year or two, of course I'm gonna be better at it than an autofilled player.

Supports are supposed to stand parallel to the ADC at all times. I'm not gonna bother explaining why especially since I'm sure there must be at least one YouTube video explaining how to play in the bot lane as support. Fact is, if your support is constantly standing behind you instead of beside you, he is a shit support. I'm not even a support main and I know this. The AD Carry has every right to be pissed.

Look up any pro game and observe how the support positions himself in relation to his AD Carry.

You're doing the right thing by just fullmuting them instead of falling for their trap. Hope you get actual team players in your games soon. This is off-topic, but is the EU server more toxic than the NA server?

I've played in EU West and East. I usually mute people out. But comparatively? I'd say that the EU ones have people getting irritated much faster! And they don't try to avoid being toxic. Just straight up say all sorts of slurs and ZT words. (Based on ARAM experience only though!) Conversely, if you want to have a good laugh, try the BR servers. The voice overs for the champs are so amusing!

Riot needs to start finding different ways of punishing players. I just had a player decided to stop playing, sat under a tower for 15 minutes to play a game on his phone. Indicated he didn't care as it's the 8th account he'll have banned.

When is Riot going to start using IP bans instead to permanently remove players like this.

Yeah I agree. They changed leaverbuster some time back and now you literally don't get punished for afking anymore. I get either afk or people who threaten to afk over silly things every other game tbh. People who troll, grief, and intentionally feed don't get punished. And yet Riot has the time to ban someone who was victim to the Sett-Sylas bug, for "intentionally feeding". Nice.

I can't really comment on EUW toxicity, but as an ADC main, I know a thing or two about toxic, lazy, and/or unskilled supports. Here's how I deal with them: I don't. I go to another lane. I roam the map. I gank, and I avoid bot like the fucking plague. What usually happens then? I detilt. I start getting kills. I STOP feeding the bot lane. I feel like I'm actually doing work. You might think that you're losing CS, but the fact is that you weren't getting ANY CS in the first place, so no big loss. You might think that your teammates hate you, but let's face it: We're ADC mains. They hate us anyway, so fuck 'em. Like our good friend rujitra just demonstrated, they're going to bend over backwards to twist the facts around to make you the villain of the piece, simply because you're the ADC. If the support's hobby is grieving the carry, don't be there to grieve. It's that simple.

(BTW, you will probably lose doing this, but it's a choice between having fun (and probably having a positive KDA and decent-sized damage-dick) while losing or not having fun (and getting your ass kicked, and your damage being only 4 figures) while losing at this point. This meta is best support wins.)

EUW is genuinely a shit show. People give up at 5 minutes, tilted after 1 death which causes them to turbo feed while blaming their team (usually the jungler), leavers or trolls every other game, someone's always asking to report someone after the game, spam pings, all of it. Something I've noticed is if my support is 0/6/0 and I'm 0/0/2, they will always say "report bot for feed". What did I do? I'm 0 deaths in and withstanding my support's turbo inting.

I play mainly Ezreal, so usually if my support is griefing/inting I can farm at tower or hope they leave botlane. If not I'll farm jungle camps, or play some good old ARAM. Honestly there's nothing to do with people like that other than salvage what gold you can. And yeah, ADC mains are always made out to be these toxic, hateful players that pine the blame on anyone but themselves. I accept losses and analyze what I could do better every game I play. That guy is just delusional, putting words in my mouth and twisting them lol.
