Chat ban me forever, please
I never play this game sober. I don't want to get a real ban. Just take chat away from my account forever and let me spam Teemo in solo queue in peace.

They don't give out permanent chat restrictions, sorry. You'll want to take some preemptive measures on your end to help reduce the negative behavior or cut off your chat option; this would be things like muting everyone upon entering the match, moving the chat window off your screen, manually editing your config file to shrink the chat window to nothing, or rebinding your enter key so you're unable to send messages.
Sorry, but no, it's not Riot's job to watch over you every waking minute. Besides, permanent chat bans are not the be all-end all solution as what's to stop you from trolling and being a jerk via gameplay instead? If you truly want to avoid punishment then put in the actual work to improve your behavior for the better (like not playing drunk for example).
No one wants a raging Teemo main on their team. You're going to have to improve your morality to the point where you can function on a basic level in society.
Riot shouldn't have to make a special category just because you can't control yourself like an adult.
You could turn off all chat and mute your entire team and then not type at all. You are responsible for your own issues, and if you can't take measures and have the control to not get upset, perhaps you should consider a different game.
