New idea for honor system

So I'm sure a lot of people don't know how the current honor system works. But if you constantly get honored for whatever you did, you can get this crest (more like a ribbon) that shows that you have done that. But way more often than not, I don't see the good sportsmanship behavior that deserves that honor. Just play any ranked game.

So I devised a new honor system that rewards that can hopefully solve the problem -

Points - this area of the system will stay the same as the current version. You can get points when people honor you in the after game - screen.

Goal - the purpose of this system is that sportsmanlike people should get more than just a ribbon and to motivate others to be sportsmanlike.

Reward - this is where the points become important. Certain special skins can be achieved if you have enough points in one specific area. Honorable opponent will take the most since its the only one you can give to the enemy team. (Such rewards can be Challenger arhi, Candycane MF, and other legacy skins. Urfwick anyone?)

Consequence - Yeah if you read this far your probably thinking that once they get the skin they will just flare up again. WRONG! Skins received from the honor system will be disabled temporarily if you are punished by the tribunal, but you will never "lose" them.

I believe that with this system people will be motivated to be more sportsmanlike and those who are will finally get those rewards they deserve for doing such.
