How would everyone feel about...

Having an option in the game to turn off all chat completely? Except of course the pregame lobby for blind/draft picks? I think this would help cut down on how many reports are made thus making the system better. It would not be mandatory just a setting you could toggle. I think it would be pretty nice. How do you all feel about it?
