Manual reviews for trolling already is backlogged for 2weeks - 1 month. Shit like win trading will take even longer to catch.
In the previous seasons, I know that Riot steps up their resources and punishes win trading more during the end of season.
Because it takes ages for it to even get to the front of the log. Backlogs exist, and trolling has to be manually reviewed.
Riot doesn't really care about in game trolling, If they did they'd ban her. There is a 0% chance that this soraka player is unknown to the support staff. Hell, most streamers recognize that soraka player as a griefer
Well feedback isn't instant in most cases.. might take a game or so.. lol but tbh no one cares..
