Can I request a ban for myself

So for a couple years I have not been agry or toxic at all but recently your game brings me absolutely no joy what so ever and I have noticed I am starting to take out my frustrations in game and worse of all toward my family. Unfortunately I lack some self control and I keep playing in the hopes I will win a game soon, but I'm not and I'm raging

Basically I think it's best I just don't play anymore so can you just ban me?
