So about this person...

I've played an URF game. I come in right away, and Taliyah, in the enemy team, say they want to run it down mid. I take it as a joke at first, but then they say Veigar didn't want to give mid. (Yes, inting because you don't get x lane in URF)

They began wanting to int. Hopefully, my friend, Zed, the current midlaner, is a fair play guy, so he didn't get a kill out of Taliyah, and they just got executed. Right after, Veigar goes bot. I tell them I will still report them, because I believe this kind of behavior is very toxic.

They proceed to say that "It's urf, nobody cares and nobody will get banned" and that it's impossible to get banned in URF. Later on the game, they kept flaming. I didn't reply back anything, I muted them the first half of the game, and unmuted them later to see what my friends were saying to her. They were talking about "ban me pls, I will gift you a skin if you get me banned" in a way to say they will not get banned.
