Riot, can you do something about the "boosted" harassment in normal games?

I was D5 last season and currently Plat 2 for this season but whenever I play ranked it matches me with Silvers. Which wouldn't be bad if I didn't get singled out EVERY game for having a Diamond border. The past two games I've been harassed right out the gate, literally before the first minute mark I was being called boosted by the people on my team without even having a chance to prove my skill. This also causes the enemy team to camp your lane after you get lolkinged and is generally a really toxic experience.

So, "boosted" and other general harassment really should be a more heavily enforced verbal harassment punishment. It would also be nice if normals elo reflected the ranked skill of the player a little more. I'm not even asking for an exact 1 for 1 but why is a S5 diamond getting matched with silvers every game? It makes normals a really unfun experience overall.

Why should it be more heavily enforced? What makes it so much more worse than being told "uninstall" or "you really suck"? Just report them and move on.

For whatever fucking reason, your MMR in normals is different from your MMR in ranked (which I don't understand). So that coupled with the fact that the higher ELO you go the less people play normals means you're going to get matched with lower rank people. I'm Silver myself (I've only played about 30 games of ranked this season but I'm trash at this game) and I've gone up against plat + players in normals, and it just ruins the experience for everyone.

On an unrelated note, why do you take thunderlords on Arelion Sol? I've taken Deathfire Touch.
