Why don't you ban ppl that wont listen to pings, or that wont listen to reason. Or that rage split all game. Take it all on the one person that actually writes to their team to actually play like actual humans and not monkeys out of a test lab. Where. Is. Your. Logic ?
But they are humans. They have their own reason, goals, feelings and trying to accomplish what they believe could win the game. You can't punish them for that. I can't speak for all of them, but not all of them are doing this to provoke you or others. This is a video game that's completely based on competitive teamwork. The people on the other end of that avatar aren't shadows. They're not objects that you can control nor can you understand their full intentions.
Yes, there are players who griefs, that can be reported and will be penalized if its consistent on their end. But you can't expect people just to abide and follow every pings or communicate how you want them. Because they ARE humans.
why would riot ban for pings when they invented a way to mute pings? if s1 on my team pings 5-6 times EVERY SINGLE TIME i tell them friendly to pls reduce their ping spam or i will mute them fully if they dont listen, well then i make it so i dont have to listen anymore :D

This sounds like a yet another rant about wanting to try to ban split-pushing...
Split-pushing is a valid way to play the game. It can work well.
You are not allowed to control what your team mates do, You can suggest something to them and thats it. rather or not the player wants to take your suggestion is up to them. If you don't like the fact that some players might use an alternative way to play the game, then maybe you should play with a full premade team of 5. Or better yet you should learn how to operate when there is a split-pusher on your team and not try to force others to do what you want.
