So is hate speech not an insta-ban anymore?

I've played with multiple players just this month who said racial slurs and homophobic slurs at multiple points throughout the game and post. I report them for it of course and..Nothing. No feedback ever. I thought this stuff was an insta-ban? If so, then my report should definitely be the one doing it right? That's the entire reason why you get the notification about how your recent report got a player punished right?

Feedback reports aren't consistent.

You do not get the feedback. It's random and rare. Check whether they are playing.

No, it's a single tolerance policy, not zero tolerance. In my games alone, the last 10 people to use hate speech were not punished. I can only imagine the scale when you extrapolate to all games.
