How long does it take to get a response from a ticket?

I got a message saying my account was logged in elsewhere Saturday morning when I got on for my daily binge session. I did the usual change my password and updated my email. I submitted a ticket to get information, and I've received absolutely no communication from Riot. I correspond with player support from time to time, and I always receive feedback within a day. It's been four and change.

That is weird. You can try to bump the ticket but it will send it to the back of the queue so that's a tricky situation there.

I've usually gotten a response within 24 hours.

A ticket response can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. It usually depends on how many support staff are available, and the queue time of tickets they have to go through.

I recommend not bumping your ticket since that'll refresh your queue position and make them take even longer to reply. Just wait a bit more and see if they respond. Patience is key!

Usually takes 1-2 days for an automated/copy paste answer that doesn't solve or often even acknowledge what you asked, and then you have to wait another 1-2 days for an actual response.

It took a week for them to get back to me but it was not a copy paste response. I was glad to hear from an actual person, worth the wait.
