It shouldn't have to be said, but normals does not make it ok to AFK.

You are still wasting 30+ minutes of everyone's time. It doesn't matter if there is no LP change, people press that queue button to play the game, not to have one of their team sit in fountain and say "I'm not having fun so I'm not playing". It's petty, and frankly immature.

I thought that reaching Diamond normal mmr would get rid of people like that. You will always have people who get angry, but eventually you'd hope to see that people understand how games work.

If you play basketball, and a few minutes into the game you get scored on twice, you don't run away to the bench in a huff because you aren't having fun. You suck it up and play the game because the rest of the team likes playing basketball and wants to play.

There needs to be separate punishment from disconnecting and afk'ing. It's one thing if your internet goes out or you have to leave, but sitting in fountain willingly and announcing that you'll be afk till the surrender timer is available is a different story. That warrants more time than a leaver buster, it's griefing.
