League Club Advice

Hey everyone, a friend and I are going to be starting a League club at my high school and I wanted some suggestions on some things we could do as activities during the club. I've already thought of tournament events and a general discussion topic to help start conversation in the club, but I thought there should be more things to do to help make the club more interesting. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated and I hope to hear back soon.

Cosplaying league characters (janna +_+ !).
Come up with nicknames related to each member's playstyle. For example, when I play with friends whoever gets hit by skillshot first during siege is branded "gud player" for the rest of that match.
Talk about favorite league teams and explain why, but refrain from turning into trashtalk trades between taiwan and china like twitch.
