Bug where the client keeps bringing itself to the front of my desktop every few seconds

With my client, it keeps bringing itself in front of everything on my desktop like there is a notification. There obviously aren't any notifications and I removed any notifications that I have already seen and it keeps doing the same thing. Anyone know how to fix this?
