A new Ribbon concept.

So me and a few friends just got a toxic player punished and It got me thinking what if League handed out Moderator/Tribunal ribbons. The reports from these people would carry more weight and get more attention, but are easily removed so you cant abuse it. Idk I think it would be a good idea it would stop people from being toxic in games with people with moderator ribbons and the more people that get it the cleaner the league community becomes.

In game player moderators wont work as well as in MMOs due to the fact that each game is an instanced 5v5. A moderator can't go to a high traffic area and monitor hundreds of ppl at once.
