There is a difference between being salty in chat and intentionally feeding on a consistent basis.
Also, you seem to be ignoring the fact that Tyler1 purchased multiple accounts (which is against ToS and bannable in-and-of itself).

People probably dont report him. Even tho he is salty often, he always tries hard to win. He doesnt troll.

running down mid is not equivalent to brutal honesty. you can mute someone flaming you, you can't do anything about someone running it down mid.
