When You are ADC and Support Nasus is Griefing...

I am beyond frustrated.

I played a ranked game tonight. I was ADC Ashe and during the draft the support locked in Nasus. No biggie, Nas can be viable as a support.

When the game started we were leashing red for our jg Jax and the support Nasus uses his siphoning strike (Q) to last hit the red buff and stole it from Jax. Ooof. So now our jungler is tilted and says "no ganks bot good luck." Great...

So then we get to laning phase and we are against a Blitz / Vayne bot. Double-oof. This support Nasus spends the entire time trying to attack whatever I am trying to farm, using his Q to last hit the minions and especially every cannon -- basically whatever I am focusing he continues to actively try to deny me farm.

So soon I am 10 CS behind Vayne, then 20. Meanwhile the enemy jungler Elise is ganking us constantly and between that and the Blitz pulls I am having a really bad time.

We then lose bot turret and then this support Nasus leaves bot lane altogether and just afk-farms our jungle for the rest of the game -- further infuriating our jungler Jax. He ignores pings and ignores the other team even when they are pushing into our base.

Finally the game ends and we lose. The support Nasus never said a word the entire game except for an "lol" in the post game screen and then leaves. He purposely ruined the game and I'm sure he'll do it again.

My entire team reports him, but I don't know that the punishment system will do anything because he never spoke in chat.

So I submitted a second support ticket through the website, but I am afraid that trolls like this slip through the system and continue to ruin ranked games for people.

I guess my question is, is there any other way to deal with these types of people? I continually encounter them every few games. They are usually people who got autofilled to support and decide to just be jerks and ruin the game for everyone.

If you filled in a support ticket that pretty much as far as you can take a report. It's annoying, yes, but the best thing to do is forget about it and move on to the next game.

I truly sympathize with you, OP. Really unfortunate to end up with a Support Nasus. And then, on top of that having one who takes your farm. I've had a few ADC's rage when I accidentally auto attacked their minions. I think that you were very patient in comparison.

He played a support Shaco the next game. His CS was higher than his ADC who was a 100 less than her rival ADC. OOF! The next one was a Support Gangplank. I really feel bad for that Ezreal there. I looked through his History and he even has a few support Corki games. Support Kha'zix, Garen, Mundo.. Kled. Tryndamere, Vi. Yikes!

My entire team reports him,

i just want to point out that 4 reports have the same value as 1 report. the extra 3 don't do anything. they don't influence the process in any way. the system sees the report, checks the game and if there is something to punish, it does. if not, nothing happens.

I love support, but refuse to be an adc. Sometimes people shouldn't be in a role they're going to screw up anyway.

UPDATE

So my support ticket was responded to first by the automated Blitzcrank Bot, so I had to amend it to make sure it was reviewed by an actual Riot employee.

This afternoon I got a really nice reply from a Riot dude who was really understanding and said that "the competitive integrity of each match is exceptionally important!" He thanked me for going the extra step of submitting a ticket -- but still told me to just use the in-game reporting system. However, I still don't feel confident that these types of players are caught by the automated system.

I've been checking OP.GG on this guy today and it's now been over 24 hours since he last played so I'm hoping he was punished.

I had a really bad time in ranked games last night, trolls abounded. I quit after having to dodge a game where the jungler locked in Cait and the support locked in Ezreal. Oof.

Here's hoping I get better games in the future.

The grind continues...

I know this is frustrating, but unfortunately there is no rule that a sup cannot take minions away from a adc.
