Are we to take this as Riot not putting player behavior anywhere near the top of their priorities list? Because that's not the way Riot started. You might as well go take the Summoner's Code behind the shed, shoot it in the head, and bury it in the hill if that's the case, because a game that has forming teams and working within them as one of the core values of the gameplay that doesn't make an effort to support positive, sportsmanlike behavior condusive to teamplay whilst discouraging the opposite will never be a sport.

Community review without fear of a personal audit, especially when incentivised, is a poor way to go about reviewing cases like this. I guarantee you most of the people that did the tribunal before just did it for the IP you got for it and just waited for the timer and then clicked "punish".
The old trbunal was comparatively slow, naive, lacking redundancy, and gave too many false positives.
This is bullshit, pathetic riot.
Thats going back on something they promised to deliver 3ish year ago and a lot of people have really been hoping for for the last 2.
Not surprised, mostly because it and honor are just harder to do right than people think.
