Champ testing in ranked !!!!

recently a have been losing a lot of games in ranked when these noob players wanna try some champs in ranked without even master them accordingly , pls this is a new request for RIOT that champ testing in ranked should be prohibited by all means necessary !!!!! it disturbs 4 other players from climbing their ladder with their experience !!

and is why you invested a practice tool in order to do that !!!!

make that one rule very strict and clear !!!! and as penalty option for future ranked games !!!
