why i have to be in low priority que for 20 mins everytime i want to que for a game 4 times just because i got DC'ed twice in only one game?i understand leaving multiple games and never coming back but clearly im having problems with my connection or cable when its one game and twice in what world is this possibly fair. Just so everyone knows my mom with cleaning while i was playing and she disconnected the internet router twice by mistake.

Riot considers it your responsibility to not queue for a game if there's a decent chance you'll leave/not play your best. This generally means you shouldn't queue at a time when you're possibly going to fall asleep/leave/not be in the game fully (i.e. if you're drunk off your ass or without a lot of sleep).
