can some rioter explain

why i have to be in low priority que for 20 mins everytime i want to que for a game 4 times just because i got DC'ed twice in only one game?i understand leaving multiple games and never coming back but clearly im having problems with my connection or cable when its one game and twice in what world is this possibly fair. Just so everyone knows my mom with cleaning while i was playing and she disconnected the internet router twice by mistake.
