So we get person call top lane. All is good. This lil girl then says, "idgaf I'm top" and instalocks Akali. Then, in lane, she literally lets the tower hit her 2-3 times before minions spawn and sits just outside of range of it, waits for enemy to come, and lets them kill her. Then just continually dies. Legit says in chat that they are doing it on purpose. Why isn't this as strictly punished as "toxic" chat?

That's why we NEED the tribunal back, people can just watch the stats, the places where everyone died and all those infos you get from the match history and just vote for the punishment.

They have it but it doesn't work 99% of the times because it's pretty hard to determine if someone is intentionally feeding, at least for a machine.
Penns1 votesIts not like the AI that punishes "being toxic in chat" is smart enough. Fucking around in chat with premades and then getting reported, defending yourself against a really toxic guy and then getting reported by him,... In all these cases the ai just cant judge.

Petitioning for stricter, or harsher punishment on people for behaving poorly is one step ahead of becoming the toxic player.
Play some ARAM, dust yourself off, and get back out there and win some epic games.

So they why do they punish toxic chat? Asking for people to banned for telling others to kill themselves just makes you a toxic player? I don't see the logic there.

If that's your opinion, then it also stands to reason that your opinion is that asking for stricter punishments for telling people to kill themselves, makes those players toxic.
