Wrongfully perma-banned 30 seconds after game ended. Auto system is fucked.

Chat log is below. Only thing I can think of is the line where I said "shut the fuck up gnar" because he kept spam pinging me after I died once. Please, any feedback and insight on this issue is appreciated. I have over 4 years on this account, 100's of dollars spent on here, and lots of time committed into it, just to be perma-banned by an automated system 20 seconds after the game ended.

Did you just come off a prior ban? Also, I would report you too, you kind of spent the whole game flaming your allies and when you weren't being passive aggressive, you were just being rude for no reason at all.

If you were permabanned then it means you already received a 14-day ban and were told that the next punishment would be a permaban. In this particular game it's almost all negativity and complaining. The only neutral lines were as followed:

Note that these were the final 5 lines you had: everything before that is unhelpful and destructive chat. If you had teammates acting up in chat then the correct response would have been to mute, report and move on rather than add to the problem. The lines I highlighted above are examples of chat that can be helpful and I would advise to use chat more for gameplay purposes and less for arguing with other players.

Explain to me how this is supposed to be constructive, or helpful? Being pissed about a laggy adc, more then fair. Telling your allies to stfu at the very start and just starting the game with a negative passive aggressive attitude?

After your 14 day ban you're on thin ice. A single "noob" or even "gg ez" could result in a permanent suspension. Keeping that in mind let's take a look at your chatlogs:

My point is, and this holds true to EVERY game, if you want to get rid of toxicity, do not ban a player from playing the game if they trash talk. In turn, ban them from using chat. 1000x more effective, and will keep a large majority of older players, and new alike, coming back.

When the system decides to 'award' you with a penalty, it basically had enough of your Riven and thats just the simple truth.

Two things, one might be more likely than the other in your case.

You've decided to act against ToS in previous games too frequently/ commonly. Due to this you've been gathering certain reports of bad behaviour over and over... and over again. The system has been very patient with you and granted you many chances- mabye too many. In the end, you showed 0 sign of reforming and you were on your last chance -> this game was your last chance. Doesn't matter what you said or how you said it, you chose to be disgusting and lost your chance.

Another case is that you've been penalized before. Just because you've played enough games to have your penalty dismissed DOES NOT mean you start on 0. These are black marks which will follow you for a very long period of time. During this period you will obviously be more vulnerable to reports and well, you blew it up. :)

I think it takes alot of guts to claim in your title that you've been 'wrongfully' penalized. I'll advice you to be more humble in future times! :) [sg-ahri-2]
