I started playing LOL about 3 weeks ago. Now at level 15 . At the beginning I was forced to disconnect from 3 or 4 games due to My internet getting disconnected and also due to power outrage. I got kicked into the 5 mins waiting before getting into queue. Then after the 5 games i was back into normal queue and was playing well until today without any leaving or AFKing. But today when i was playing ARAM, power outrage occured and my PC got shut off. But luckliy the power came on , I switched on the PC and logged into LOL client and it notified me that the game is still going on and I successfully reconnected to the win which my team won eventually. I was very happy until i got into the stats screen and there is a notification saying that i have been leaving or AFKing too much and will be put into queue after only 10 mins of waiting. I dont why this has happened to me :-(

Will i be permanently banned due to this cause??

I don't think you have to worry too much about a permanent suspension due to technical issues; however, you will be hit with increasing LeaverBuster/Low Priority Queue punishments until you resolve these issues. Disconnecting and creating a 4v5 environment doesn't foster a fun and/or competitive environment, which is why these punishments exist. If you need help resolving any connection issues, give the Help & Support sub-boards a shot. With all that said, welcome to the League of Legends!

you might want to get a back up battery if you always seem to be experiencing power outages.

Hook up the PC, Monitor, modem and speakers to it.

You might also want to check if your location is due for a power upgrade.

If you keep going into games when you know you'll lose connection then yeah maybe there is something to worry about.
