If you're not getting emails then check to see if you're signed up to receive emails. If you are then make sure that they're being sent to the right address. Otherwise just check your spam folder for them to see if they got misplaced. If all else fails email support. Note though that some email providers reject long emails, so you still may need to check with the game client directly just in case that happens.
