  1. CODE OF CONDUCT

v. Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;

By the wording of this section, does it not say it all boils down to what riot thinks? and because riot isn't a person, would it then fall to the support member you are working with to deem it as punishable or not referring to the guidelines stated? If so I believe riot should lift my restriction. Do you guys think that is what is being said here?

Chat-log? We can't debate when we have no information what you did.

Terms of use for online video games usually have a clause in them that essentially boils down to "we can ban you for whatever arbitrary reason we want."

I really wish there were some regulation that prevented such broad terms and better protected consumers' rights, but until then, there's no recourse.

Yes, Riot is judge, jury, and executioner. That's why I try to stress the importance of learning what THEY deem punishable. Not your personal opinion. In other words, it's all about what Riot will punish for, not what you consider toxic.

The robot that handles the banning is an extension of riot games. Anything the robot deems banworthy is banworthy to riot games
