Penta Stolen

the story starts as my friend carrying on master yi, he proceeds to 1v4 and gets a quadra, and then the negative getting carried darius thinks its a good idea to ks the penta. my friend has a high temper and all the darius could say was "i had to", and so my friend throws the game and dairus blames my friend. Why do people in league like provoking people so much, and why is the darius blaming my friend when it is his fault that he left. I guess this could also be like an analogy of why tyler 1 use to run it down mid.

NO no no no no no no.. It's not darius fault that your friend left. It's your friends fault for leaving the game.

I can understand the feeling when your penta gets stolen. I played often with friends back in season 3 and 4 and it happened a few times where my friends intentionally stole the penta. It's annoying, but you should be able to laugh it off. If not and all he does is giving up to his anger, than he should not wonder about the consequences.

Getting THAT mad about a stolen penta just shows how unsecure your friend is about his own skills. If he himself thought he is good, then he would know there will be plenty pentas and opportunities for him in the future, but instead he rather ruins the game for 8 people or so.

So I get that your friend is annoyed, but there isn't a "right" to kills. Yeah, it's frustrating when a Pentakill is taken, and even more frustrating when it's intentional, but you have to learn to laugh that stuff off -- it really doesn't matter in the long run unless you NEED that rush of glory to feel happy when playing League.

Frankly, your friend is more in the wrong than the Darius. The Darius may have taken a Penta, perhaps intentionally, but your friend ruined the entire game for four other players. :/

I had this happen to me last night because "I didn't deserve it" since I didn't blindly run into 4 people like the rest of my team.

Would have been my first ever Jinx penta :(

Strictly speaking, while what the Darius did may have been a bit of a jerk move, there's nothing against the rules about taking a kill. As long as it's still with the ultimate goal of winning the game, and it isn't done with the primary intent of griefing/harassing the teammate it's being stolen from.

Rage quitting a match on the other hand, is actually against the rules, and if your friend makes a habit of it, he will end up being punished by the LeaverBuster system. And I can promise you, if the Support staff don't remove a LPQ penalty for a player for a disconnect that was beyond their control, they sure as heck won't remove one that comes about because of a rage quit.

Though from re-reading your post, I'm confused. You said your friend threw the match, but then that the Darius blamed him for leaving? So did he intentionally feed and then quit? Or did he just quit? You should let your friend known to be cautious about things like throwing matches. More and more players are being punished for intentionally feeding lately, and those penalties start with a 14 day suspension.
