Un fucking playable riot. Sooooo not liking your game right now, and as a paying player Im very not content with your product. Right now I feel like the game is decided by who got the better smurf/booster. Fucking ridiculus.

This game is free. Any cosmetics you chose to pay for, are purely your choice, and do not affect your gameplay at all. They are merely cosmetic. To use the fact that you're a paying customer, to imply the value is not worth what you paid, is quite misleading, since you can get the same gameplay value for free. You paid for skins... are you not content with the product you paid for? You saw the skins before you bought em... have you used your 3 refunds? You can refund them if you're not satisfied with your skins.
Anyways, I placed bronze 3 a couple weeks ago, and thankfully I'm already out of bronze. It is quite annoying, maybe I got lucky, but you can assert that any game in any elo comes down to who has the better players... whether they be smurfs or boosters. It's still the same parameters; better players on a team = win.
If you don't mind, you could play normals for a couple more weeks until players settle into their appropriate ranks. But really, if you can't get out of bronze, you unfortunately might actually just be bronze. It's not the worst thing... just slightly below the average, but you can work on it and become an average player like myself! Lol. So proud to be average silver xD anyways, just keep playing... your rank doesn't accurately reflect your skill level, and most people know that. I'm sure there's some bronzies that could outplay me, and some silver 4s that I could outplay.
Smurfs play against lower elo's on a regular basis because they can't play against their own. If you've noticed since the reset there have been many different elos in the wrong places. Most people in Bronze/Silver are bad and once they give a lead they can't get back up.

Bronze is unplayabe because of the leavers / afk.
