So Tantrum, I know you have all my logs and know my other account, so tell me why I'm still honor 0 after I was temp banned in September (a long time ago, you know).
It's possible that when you do use chat, you are negative enough for the system to recognize you have not reformed.
It is possible that by not using chat, you are not showing the system reform. If you simply avoid the problem, you are not showing it is no longer a problem - just that you can avoid it.
Only the first one has been confirmed to affect your honor progress, but I highly suspect the second one may be a factor as well - if you rarely use chat, you aren't showing your ability to use chat effectively and properly, thus you will not reform from chat offenses.
because you got banned you were put in negative status so you have to clear that up before you start progressing towards lvl 1. Be more honorable and you'll get more honor
