Ok I dont usually do this but review my chat restrict?

This is what led to a 10 game chat restriction? A duo queue reported me. This is the only game cited on my chat restriction but there might have been more where I said one or two inflammatory things since sometimes I can get worked up. However, if there are a couple more, why not cite one of them? This leads me to believe I got my honor demoted and a 10 game chat restriction just for this? From my perspective all I did is ask the ezreal why he doesnt use his E (Arcane Shift) to dodge the enemy zyras skillshots. I didnt tell him he was the worst ezreal ive ever seen (which he was) nor did i tell him hes a piece of shit whos inting (which he was). After I asked him why he doesnt dodge her spells he rage quit the game and my duo took the opportunity to leap on me and berate me. Is this really riots definition of toxic? Do I curse too much or how is "toxic" even calculated. God forbid I should express how I am feeling at any given time. I understand its not the KINDEST rhetoric but I don't actually see it as toxic until waaaay later in the game when I have been berated for going on 15 minutes.
