Punishing Teams in Addition to Individuals
Riot depends greatly on the community to police itself in order to reduce toxicity, and if there were no reporting system it would be very difficult for any automated system to weed out flamers and trolls.
I propose that Riot take this a step further and attach reduced punishments (e.g. strikes in one's behavior record, LP losses, etc.) when a member of your premade team flames, AFKs, or similarly behaves in a way that would cause a punishment to be given. This could force the community to police each other and prevent people from egging each other on. These punishments would have to be light, of course, but could work wonders in making sure that friends in League keep each other in check.
