Because every single loading screen fails to finish. EVERYONE will get to 100%, then someone will get to 98% and stop. The best part? There's virtually no way for me to tell the game crashed, until five minutes have passed, I alt+f4, reload into the game, and it's 3 minutes in. I'm FUCKING sick of this, I've spent $1000 on this game, if I get banned over some shitty loading screen crashes, I'm <nope>.

Let's not use phrases like that please. In general, we tend to remove posts that include them.
I would definitely recommend heading over to Help & Support and seeing if the players over there can help you figure out what the issue is so you can get into games again.
As someone who had read several of your threads and comments, you probably deserve it just for your forum attitude.
Actually if the Ping value never moves, the game probably crashes, as it never really stays in the same number.
That's at least how I measure if the loading screen got stuck, although it has been a really long time since the last time that happened.
Have you tried a client repair or a full reinstall? These often fix problems like this, as more often than not, they're a client-side issue, not server-side.
Alternatively, you can submit a help ticket at support.riotgames.com, and they'll help walk you through troubleshooting your problems.
If it's that consistent, it might be best to avoid league until you get it resolved, though.
if you really love this game, reinstall your windows, reinstall everything. Start your pc anew and update everything and see if it occur again. ( save you important file as needed ) If this is not working, well, you have a problem with your internet connection so you should sto playing and call your net provider...
it sound weird but something your PC is just full of shit and even if you try to clean it manually , it wont work... Anyway... this is only if you really love the game.
Annoying when the game crashes but have to deal with it. This has been happening since last season, but stopped towards the end of the season, and returning with the new preseason patches. IDK why it happens but it is friggin annoying.

That's actually a problem with your internet disconnecting. You should try playing with a more stable connection. Maybe ethernet would help?
I would suggest that you submit a ticket here. Tell them that you are having trouble with your client, they should be able to help you.
