Stupid tryhards...

Among the things I have heard people calling others, this must be one of the more ridiculous ones. Everytime my opponent says that, my dic k goes haywire and launches me into the building next door.

On a serious note however, when... how for the love of god did that ever become a thing? What is the point? Is that supposed to be an insult or a guaranteed way to look like a fool?

I apologise for making a post about it but the amount of ridiculousness in that statement makes me want to hear about what goes on (or off) in people's head when they say it. Please enlighten me.

It's a passive aggressive attempt to make you feel guilty for beating someone in a competitive game. It's a sign of that player's own insecurity.

I agree. Everyone should be a "tryhard". Go play Angry Birds if you wanna mess around on your own.

I only say that when it's in norms. If you look like you're having an aneurysm in lane while farming for a norm, I will def. call you a try hard (but not in all chat cause Rito and its community are too sensitive for banter).
