@Riot with the indefinite ban of Tyler1, how do you guys monitor indefinite bans?

Is it through an ip address? If it is, what do you guys do when it is through a shared network, like a workplace or university network? I'm really intrigued on how you guys do this.

They don't. He's still going to play, he's still going to be in high elo. They only put the ban on him to stop him from streaming. They didn't want him to make money off their game.

If I were him, I'd just be an elo booster tbh. If riot did that to me, I would just make stacks off of boosting other peoples accounts.

How does banning tyler stop him from streaming?

Unofficial sites aren't covered by Riots TOS generally?

They watch tyler stream or other means which is a possibility of privacy violation. I am not a fan of ragers, but since there are so many, there should be all chat ban instead of account ban, unless the person is saying something more outrageus, such as life threats etc. Also raging on video stream should not concern riot, but should be a matter of stream service.
