This is enough to stop your honor progress back - behaviour system is a joke

I found that while browsing reddit today. A guy who is honor lvl 0 and played 100+ games already after being unbanned asked rioter why he can't get back his honor and what can probably stopping him from it (maybe bug or something etc).

Rioter said that logs like this can slow the honor levelling:

Sorry, but this is pathetic of Riot system. You can't even say anything in this game. He didnt even flame. He just stated that they should stop fighting and playing team deathmatch in kind of sarcastic manner, but nothing special that would be disturbing, could lower the morale. I would rather smirked if someone said that and went on with the game with better attitude. So basically anything like "for the love of God group now, we need you alive" is considered toxic by riot system, even if a target of that statement is doing the same sht mistake over and over instead of playing with a team. You literally have to act like in kids show aired at 8 PM for a lullaby or you wont get back honor ever. I know that you riot are greedy for making this game completely suited for casuals, kids, bad players etc, but this is freaking too much. You make a game with more than midly suggestive themes and stuff, but once its about player behaviour you forget that adults and people above 18 years old are playing this game. Like what the hell is that approach? Even saying "I fked up big time" will be considered slowing honor recover because it has curse word. Wake up and stop turning this game into North Korea communist like, full censored game. Change your crap system. Seriously.

PS: This post might get deleted or I get punished because I mentioned North Korea and communism so I can be called nazist by moderators. Happened to me once on different account, but regardless I'm not going to edit or delete that part because it fits the current state very well.

Are you sure this is it for their chat logs and they aren't just hiding more of them in an attempt to gain sympathy and support? The only negative part I can see in this snippet is this and that's it:

Other than that though there is no way this chat alone would get someone punished. Because of that one of 3 things occured:

  1. There's more to the story that they're not telling people (most likely).
  2. They showed poor gameplay related behavior and that's what actually got them punished.
  3. They had neutral or positive behavior the entire reform card and the ban was applied in error (least likely).

Games 2 and 3 make a lot more sense, with the usual "are you still typing" and "reported", but if we're going to call "please stop slamming your heads against your keyboards" so toxic that they block climbing out of honor zero, I think we're going a bit too far..

Well I didnt notice that he uploaded it in the comments. Anyway. In no world it should slow down the progress so much and it doesnt change the fact that game 1 was given as an example of something that slows down your honor which is too far. And even game 2 and 3 shouldnt slow down your honor recover so much that you cant recover it after 100+ games played with positive attitude in 99% of them. The system is bad.

Let's be clear. These aren't logs that would trigger a punishment by far. They are, however, examples of the player in question being rude to his team.

The system is fine. This guy got multiple punishments dropping him down to honor 0, and despite that, he can't bring himself to treat his teammates with respect. That makes perfect sense to me. Being taken out of the "dishonorable" range isn't just about volume of games. It needs to be earned.

Bunch of oversensitive people being rised with such attitude. Normally you would use such words and someone felt a slap and wake up like "wtf am i doing, I will do my best from now on, lets focus". Instead now you get a reaction "omg mommy he said I made a mistake, punish him, to jail with him omg, how did he dare to say the truth". Riot and their dumb aiming the game towards kids,casuals and bad players has turned this game into bunch of bullsht.

I did for long enough and there was 0 progress. So i dont think its worth. Oh and noe some rioter will come and tell me it was probably close to get back honor0 but i gave up. Sorry but considering i played minimum5 games every day in last 1,5 month or even 2 months and still didnt get ho or back then its system thats wrong not me. If I try my best beside the toxicity, trolls and inters that never get banned and still see no progress for that long I have no motivation to lick others shoes.

You dropped to the bottom of the system by your own actions. From there, you insist that you're playing in a sportsmanlike fashion, yet the examples we're getting to look at are from somebody else entirely.

You wanna rage against the system, that's your business. Doesn't seem like a productive use of time to me. If there's a point you want to make, though, you need to not use somebody else's experience as the example. Submit your own support ticket, get feedback on your performance, and if it seems unreasonable to you, offer THAT as a discussion topic and see what the community says.

Because all I'm seeing right now is somebody who doesn't play well with others, and it's not a good look.

Keep ignoring the fact im saying i was more than positive in last 2 months. You are just too much in love wih everything riot does to see the truth. Even if they said you have to pay 1$ to queue up every time, you would find a way to make a pointless argument to support that. I gues you were also one of those saying dynq is the greatest thing that happened to league . keep ignoring the truth you have right before your eyes. I have no idea why you think you know me, but the fact that you'd rather argue with me and put words in my mouth than simply submit a support ticket and get real, actionable information relevant to your honor situation speaks volumes. If you're spending your League games getting into sad and pointless arguments like this, then that's absolutely why you're still honor 0.

No i dont spend time into pointless arguments. I already said. I was the budda and oasis of peace for last 2 months. Still honor 0 so I dont really care at this point. I just want people to understand how sht this system is and that it doesnt do any good. The obssession of riot about toxicity and even the sligthest sarcasm is so high in order to blind people about the problem of trolls running around every game without punishment.

What possible reason would people have to see your point of view when you offer zero evidence to support it?

Honor 0 is DESIGNED to be difficult to dig out of, since you had to fuck up a lot to even get there. The only point you've really demonstrated in this thread is that being combative and easily angered can sabotage honor growth.

I had to try a lot to get honor 0? Getting twice chat restriction for some bullsht is trying hard to lose honor? I could understand not getting back honor in 2 months after 14 day ban but not chat restrictions.the thread you listed is another prove system is rigged. He got back honor 1 after 1 month. I had perfect behaviour for more than that and im still stuck with honor 0. If i only saw getting back to honor 1 i wouldnt even care and just wait to get back 2. But im at honor 0 for so long and it is unjustified. People are stuck in honor 0 for more than half a year with perfect behaviours and nobody seems to give a fuck about this dumb bug in the system.

Thanks for posting that and confirming my suspicion. I only posted that specific comment as it was the only negative one I could find in that specific game, and if that was the only game then most likely no punishment or honor drop would happen. Games 2-3 on the other hand like you said make allot more sense for behavior worthy of an honor drop.

And you wonder why you're stuck at honor lv.0 with this kind of attitude. A bit of advice: if you can't make your point without resorting to things like insults and name-calling then chances are that it wasn't really that important to begin with.

The behavior displayed in games 2-3 is not that of a sportsmanlike player and it's certainly not proof that the person in question deserves to be taken out of honor lv.0-the exact opposite in fact. They could have handled the situation differently and not made passive-aggressive comments towards their teammates.

It's not about being oversensitive or triggered, it's about displaying sportsmanlike conduct and showing that they deserve to have a higher honor level than 0. Display sportsmanlike conduct and one can make it out of honor lv.0. Display unsportsmanlike conduct and one can expect to remain in there for a while.

Hahahaahahaah. Seriously I was going to include what im going to write here in my previous post, but I really though riot will have some honor and wont go with that card/excuse. What was I about to write? That probably.some rioter will come and say that game 1 is a mistaken example. While in reality it still slow down the progress, but riot just doesnt want to admit it. And here we are, my pdedictions were 100% right. And keep lying. I was acting like i was casting in the kids show, encouraging my teammates, praising them, untilting them for like 1,5 months but well now im done with it, because you cant get out of honor 0 even if you lick shoes of every player in every game. And i already said that what you call passive aggressive used to be an encourage to get hang of yourself and do your best and because of that sissy generation we have people getting offended instead. Its a pity riot aims this game towards casuals, kids and bad players and forgot about veterans who played this game for years and supported them.

If you stick your hand into a bee's nest on purpose and get stung then cry about it...you are stupid for both doing that and complaining.

As for w/e you mean about a slap, think of it this way:

If a player is breaking the rules, Riot slaps them with a punishment. To get away from punishment and to begin to earn rewards now the player has to earn it. Where before being punished you may still get rewards, now you have to be at the least neutral.

Also, OP unless you are the player your misrepresenting ( by cherry picking statements ) why don't you start a new thread. Present your grievances in a respectful way, and then maybe others will be able to help you.

Don't do this. This part I quoted gets you nowhere fast. Instead of having a text based temper tantrum over something someone else is dealing with try acting mature and make a real post highlighting the problem, and send a support ticket in for the guy as well. Well I get mad over the guy because both my friend and I are in the same situation. I'm stuck with 0 honor for like 2months. I was literally the most sweet player for the past 2 months and I played minimum 5 games everyday. Im seriously done. And I wasnt even banned for 14 days. Just chat restricted. And my PS is actually a legit thing. On my old account I got banned on boards for comparasions to communism and north korea etc. While it was just a temporary ban it still was the reason.

14 day bans take a good 4-5 months to go away fully, so it should be no surprise that the honor system takes ages to kick back in after a basic punishment.

Your PS is not a "legit thing" simply because you chose to use those words when you could have just made a decent post. You decided to open yourself up to that possibility and post in an angry manner, so there is no one to blame for a post getting deleted but yourself. Don't blame Riot for your own inability to type in a calm manner.

No dude not now. I worked hard for 2 months and got middle finger from Riot. So I dont really care anymore. It's just sad to see people still saying how great the system is and supporting riot. That's why we cant have nice things in this game. Cause they know even if they sht on us literally there will be still people buying RP and supporting their every decision blindly keeping them wealthy. You described me? The "system" is freaking easy to deal with. Your punishment is fully your responsibility, stop redirecting it.

You worked hard for two months and then threw it all out the window. Riot's got nothing to do with it.

You don't cry when people flame you, but oh boy do you cry when you don't get your way. After you get some time to calm down come back to this thread and take a look at how you're posting, because this is not the posting style of someone who deserves honor rewards.

I'm going to stop replying now, since you seem to have no capability to do so yourself.

If you yourself are in this situation, you should submit your own support ticket and get your own evaluation, rather than going off of somebody else's experience.
