Well thought I'd say i am actually changed since my ban and would like a chance to get my $600+ 6000 hour account back.I would also like to see some updates to the old outdated riot behavior system to catch those people who are still toxic and playing. especially those griefers who follow the jungler around and steal camps. I would like to see a reform benefiting system put in place so reform doesn't feel like a waste of time

If you can design an automatic system to detect griefers witg 99.3% accuracy, then market that shit. Can't be as simple as "well, they followed the jungle" because funneling was (is for some) a strategy that was shown to be viable.
Reform benefiting system: Ability to get free stuff like everyone else. Potential to drop down punishment tiers. Not losing your account
