How quickly do suspensions happen after the game of being reported?
I was really toxic in one game and have already had 3 punishmets. Its been almost 2 hours and im kinda scared still that I will be suspended.

The Instant Feedback system will work within 15 minutes. However, if your case went to a manual review it will take longer, and the punishment likely be more harsh (except that you're already at a permaban if your last punishment was a 14 day ban).
