Is it bannable if i threaten to int feed just to get someone toxic to be quiet?
I never actually do so, but whenever people continue to flame in chat and refuse to be quiet i always threaten to int feed and it always makes them shut up

Yeah, threatening to ruin the game for everyone is really toxic and can get you banned, I highly advise against it. Turning to that kind of behavior is more likely to cause problems then solve them anyway; if you can't convince them in a constructive/positive manner, you should just mute them and focus on the match.
It might be bannable if you're toxic/negative as well, but if that's all you say probably not.
