You seem to have left out the part where he deliberately told his team he was not going to cooperate with them and had /muteall at the very start of the game.

If you are going to get banned for playing singed, then lets talk about one game i played yesterday in forced role because of Riots new Auto Fill..
I go bot, the guy "(AUTO LOCKS TARIC) Stands around like a bump on a long doing nothing I know that if I push out with the way this guy is standing next to me getting hit so that MF"s Q hits me that I am going to go like 0-20 because I just cant play with that shit I am like "Im just going to sit back here and play on the turret, he gets all upset not really toxic but enough just for me to turn off chat and not argue.
So Riot should indeed say here what is ban worthy and what is not...

IF I GO ADC EVERY GAME, and report a player in my game for locking "TARIC" because I think hes useless and hate it, or any other champion I do not approve with (Are you going to punish them too?)

Um.. in that picture it also says that he 'counter jungles, doesnt build sightstone or support items' and doesn't communicate with team to what he plans on doing. Anything is bannable when it negatively affects the community, and this guy has received probably tons of reports which triggered the manual audit. I applaud Riot for standing up against someone who may be having fun but ruining gameplay for the rest of the community.
